Vibrocats
for Deep Vibro Techniques
Ground improvement by means of the depth vibrator goes back to an invention made by KELLER (patented in 1934). We cater for a wide range of depth vibrator models and techniques for incohesive and compact soils. We already compacted soils up to a depth of 65 m.
Our vibrocats are continuously advanced based on the specific requirements and ideas of our customers. The designed machinery and equipment that is derived from our research and development ensure our technical excellence. For specific requirements, we can provide equipment types with operating weights from 26 to 50 tons and penetration depths between 6 to 23 m.
Applications
Our vibrocats are used for deep vibro techniques. The Vibro Compaction presents a very versatile ground improvement method by compacting coarse soil and thus increasing its density (backfilled with sand). KELLER Group employed this special KELLER-technique and know-how for example for huge land reclamation projects in Middle East, e.g. “The Palm Islands”.
